Studios can make or break your will so make sure you find a good one in your area. They usually offer different classes so you can check them out. Find a good teacher and take it from there. If you’d rather learn alone, youtube and other yogis are best friends.

For motivation? For simply being proud of yourself? Whichever works for you. Notice all the changes yoga has brought into your life such as your posture, your senses, your outlook on a lot of things. Writing them down helps you appreciate it better.

I practice yoga only at home for lots of reasons and that’s all I’ve ever known it to be. But if you practice in a studio, you might want to dedicate at least 10 minutes to practice at home.
